Danny Cohen

Danny Cohen takes the drudge of every day life, twists it, adds one part humor, with a dash of inspiration, giving us a whole new meaning to hilarious.  Danny’s comedy can best be described as inspirationally twisted.  Danny combines his strong acting background and his quick improvisational skill that keeps audiences laughing across America.

Danny is also the host and co-producer for Spin-Cycle Comedy, a weekly comedy/variety show held in a laudromat.  The success of this show has washed him into the media being featured in the Styled Section of the New York Times, Marie Claire, Newsweek and London’s The Sunday Independent.  Danny has also appeared on CNN, MTV, Good Morning Japan, Dutch TV, and Coast to Coast with Joey Reynolds.

Touring across America, Danny has also hosted the NACA award winning college game show, Blizzard of Bucks, as well as performing his own stand-up show to hundreds of college campuses.  In New York City, Danny has been a featured comic in the Underground Comedy Festival, Toyota Comedy Festal and is always a favorite at Caroline’s on Broadway, Gotham Comedy Club and Stand-Up New York.

Danny’s philosophy on life and comedy stems from a strict stifled upbringing.  “Some people see the glass half EMPTY, I see the glass half FULL, and my mother sees the glass SMASHED”!  Danny’s zany style, unique character and positive energy will fill you with uplifting laughter.
