Use the FILE MENU to choose EDIT PAGE. (NOTE: If the background becomes white use the FORMAT MENU to choose PAGE PROPERTIES, then hit OK).

Click and Drag and Select everything below the RED TEXT on this page.

Use the EDIT MENU to choose COPY.

Use the COMMUNICATOR MENU and choose MESSENGER.

Use the FILE MENU to choose NEW and then MESSAGE.

Click in the body of the message and use the EDIT MENU and choose PASTE.(NOTE: If the background color is no longer black; use the FORMAT MENU to choose COLORS AND BACKGROUND IMAGE. In the resulting window choose USE CUSTOM COLORS and click the BACKGROUND color box and set it to black.)

Fill in your schools information, show time, venue and anything else you want them to know over the "Put Your School and Show Info HERE!!!" text.

Enter a Subject and the Email Addresses of who you want this to go to and choose SEND.
